Online Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from ProHockeyLife.com. You may return the item within 60 days of the order date to the Pro Hockey Life warehouse or to a Pro Hockey Life retail store for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other additional charges. 

The following items are required when returning items to Pro Hockey Life Retail Store for a full refund.

  • Photo ID matching ship to/ bill to address
  • The unused/unworn item in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts & accessories
  • the order packing slip
  • e receipt ( printed copy/mobile copy)

The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

Items that are Available Online Only can be returned to Pro Hockey Life retail store locations.

PayPal returns at our Pro Hockey Life Retails stores will credit the debit or credit card attached to your PayPal account

Please refer to our Return Instructions when returning your item. For returns to our warehouse, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date. If you need to return an item after 60 days, please contact our Online Customer Service Department at 1-844-651-2308.

ProHockeyLife.com is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.

Our Online Return Policy does not apply to all items. For a list of exceptions to our Online Return Policy and how to return these particular items, please read our Return Exceptions.

Our Online Return Policy applies only to purchases made on ProHockeyLife.com. If you have made a purchase at one of our retail stores and wish to return an item, please see our Retail Store Return Policy.

Return Exceptions

Our Online Return Policy does not apply to all items.

Exceptions to our Online Return Policy are as follows:

Base Layers and Bra Tops

For hygienic reasons, all base layers and bra tops must have the original tags and hygienic liners intact to be eligible for a return.

Hockey Sticks

All hockey sticks must be returned directly to the manufacturer. For additional information, please contact our Online Customer Service Department at 1-844-651-2308.

Mouth Guards and Jock Straps

For hygienic reasons, all sales are final for mouth guards and jock straps.

Customized/Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles

All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact our Online Customer Service Department at 1-844-651-2308.

Software and Electronic Media Products

All software and electronic media products must be returned unopened to be eligible for a return.

 

Return Instructions

The packing slip shipped with your order will contain detailed return instructions.

For your convenience, we offer two return options for most items:

Return to our warehouse.

Return to a retail store.

RETURN TO OUR WAREHOUSE

If you wish to return an item to our warehouse:

Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.

Contact our Online Customer Service Department at 1-844-651-2308 or internet@prohockeylife.com in order to generate a RMA return label. If you cannot send your packing slip, include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).

Before sending your return shipment, remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.

All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

To receive credit, items must be returned within 60 days of the order date. The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.

You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).

Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

RETURN TO A RETAIL STORE

To avoid paying shipping to return an item, you may return an item to one of our Pro Hockey Life retail stores. Items that are *Available Online Only cannot be returned to Pro Hockey Life retail store locations. If PayPal is used for payment, if you wish to return an item, the item must be returned to our warehouse or a retail store. If returning to a store a Pro Hockey Life Retail Store Merchandise Credit will be issued for the value.

Please follow these instructions:

Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.

Take your packing slip with you to the store as proof of purchase and price paid.

If a packing slip is not provided as proof of purchase and price paid, a Pro Hockey Life Retail Store Merchandise Credit will be issued for a value equal to the item's lowest promotional price within the last 60 days.

All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

To receive credit, items must be returned within 60 days of the order date.

Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Credit for gift returns will be issued in the form of a Pro Hockey Life Retail Store Merchandise Credit.

Returns will be processed based on the discretion of store management.

Damaged Or Defective Item

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Online Customer Service Department immediately at 1-844-651-2308. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping charges. If you do not contact us prior to shipping the item back to us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the order number in your Order History. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.

 

Wrong Item, Colour, Or Size

If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our Online Customer Service Department immediately at 1-844-651-2308. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return shipping charges. If you do not contact us prior to shipping the item back to us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the order number in your Order History. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received.

 

Exchanging An Item

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following our Return Instructions and order a new item at ProHockeyLife.com.

Exchanges can only be done at one of our retail store locations.
