Returns & Warranties

Retail Store Returns

Our Retail Store Return Policy applies only to purchases made at Pro Hockey Life retail stores. If you have made a purchase at one of our retail stores and wish to return an item, please return the item to any of our retail store locations. Please see below for full details.

If you have made an online purchase on prohockeylife.com and wish to return an item, please see our Online Return Policy.

Return With A Receipt

An original receipt is requested for all exchanges or returns. Within 60 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange or return can be made for unused/unworn merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. You will be required to provide your name; telephone number and postal code for all return or exchange transactions.

Return With A Gift Receipt

Returns using a gift receipt will be applied to a Pro Hockey Life Retail Store Merchandise Credit or Gift Card.  The gift receipt will help us determine the price your gift giver paid. A gift receipt is documentation of the purchase only and is not considered an original receipt. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.

Warranty Returns

Should your purchase develop a manufacturer's defect within the manufacture’s warranty period please return it to the store for an exchange.

*Please note that all composite hockey sticks come with a one time warranty replacement within 30 days of purchase.*

Custom Orders

All custom orders are a final sale, unless there is a manufacture defect and meets the manufacturer warranty period. An original receipt is required to process the applicable replacement. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.

Online Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from ProHockeyLife.com. You may return the item within 60 days of the order date to the Pro Hockey Life warehouse or to a Pro Hockey Life retail store for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other additional charges. 

The following items are required when returning items to Pro Hockey Life Retail Store for a full refund.

  • Photo ID matching ship to/ bill to address
  • The unused/unworn item in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts & accessories
  • the order packing slip
  • e receipt ( printed copy/mobile copy)

The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

Items that are Available Online Only can be returned to Pro Hockey Life retail store locations.

PayPal returns at our Pro Hockey Life Retails stores will credit the debit or credit card attached to your PayPal account

Please refer to our Return Instructions when returning your item. For returns to our warehouse, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date. If you need to return an item after 60 days, please contact our Online Customer Service Department at 1-844-651-2308.

ProHockeyLife.com is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.

Return Exceptions

Our Online Return Policy does not apply to all items.

Exceptions to our Online Return Policy are as follows:

Base Layers and Bra Tops

For hygienic reasons, all base layers and bra tops must have the original tags and hygienic liners intact to be eligible for a return.

Mouth Guards and Jock Straps

For hygienic reasons, all sales are final for mouth guards and jock straps.

Customized/Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles

All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact our Online Customer Service Department at 1-844-651-2308.

Software and Electronic Media Products

All software and electronic media products must be returned unopened to be eligible for a return.

 

Return To Warehouse

If you wish to return an item to our warehouse:

Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.

Please generate your own RMA return label through our online portal. Simply follow the steps to receive a return label and packing slip via email.

Before sending your return shipment, remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, including packing slip, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

To receive credit, items must be returned within 60 days of the order date. The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.

You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).

Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
